A Decade of Reading on August 11th!
Happy Tuesday! This is a great prompt. It was tough to go through my Goodreads shelf, but it was an interesting trip down memory lane. I watched my reading change by volume and type of reading. Young adult books dominated my shelves in the 2010s, but now, there are few. I also read a LOT more back then. I am slowing down in my old age. Today, I am finishing When Lemons Give You Life, and below are the books I was reading on August 11th in the past ten years.

It was really fun to see how my reading evolved as well in terms of genres. I also read so much more then too 🤣 This reminds me I still have The Jasmine Project and Dear Emmie Blue on my TBR... I'll definitely read them one day!

DeleteI almost did this one up, but I was too tired last night and I needed to post a book review. I might work it up in the coming weeks. I'm interested in seeing what I read several years ago. I read a lot of YA in the 2010s, too.
ReplyDeleteI think that's what I enjoyed the most, looking back and seeing the differences because my reading has changed quite a bit. I hope you find the time to take that trip down memory lane.

ReplyDeleteWhen I first started pleasure reading, I was reading my daughter's book which were largely fantasy/dystopian. Every once in a while I read a light fantasy book. It's just not my goto.
