Formal Titles!
Happy Tuesday! This is an interesting prompt. We are looking for books with honorifics in the title. I thought this would be tough, but it was easier than I thought.
- Mrs. Quinn's Rise to Fame by Olivia Ford
- Writing Mr. Wrong by Kelley Armstrong
- To Sir, With Love by Lauren Layne
- The Housekeeper and the Professor by Yoko Ogawa
- King by Sawyer Bennett
- Prince in Disguise by Stephanie Kate Strohm
- The Princess and the Fangirl by Ashley Poston
- Lord of the Flies by William Golding
- My Lady Jane by Hand, Ashton, Meadows
- Duke, Actually by Jenny Holiday
Have you read any "formally" titled books?

What a fun list.
ReplyDeleteIt was an interesting prompt.
DeleteI thought this topic would be hard, but now that I'm seeing your list, I probably could have made an entire Top Ten with Prince in the title, LOL!
ReplyDeleteHA! I think I could have too.
DeleteYour second title reminds me of a fav read, The Wrong Lady Meets Lord Right by Suzanne Allain! ~Carol @ ReadingLadies
ReplyDeleteFun title!
DeleteI saw Lord of the Flies on a couple of lists this week. I never thought of that one. Nice list, Sam. Yes, we have one in common.
ReplyDeleteThat was the first book that came to mind when I saw the prompt which is amazing considering I read it in the 80s.
DeleteI enjoyed doing this prompt, even though it was a little more challenging for me than I thought it would be. You did great with it. I love the Lady Jane/Mary series. It's so fun!
ReplyDeleteHappy TTT (on a Wednesday)!
Those Janie books are tons of fun.
DeleteMy lady Jane is such a great choice Sam!
