A Decade of Amazing Books!
Happy Tuesday! Today we are supposed to talk about books we want to reread, but I don't reread. It's not a thing I do. Too many books, too little time, you know. I was scanning some of the old topics and saw this one where I will highlight my favorite books from the last ten years. This was kind of hard since I am lucky to read a bunch of books that earn all the stars every year, therefore, I picked my highest rated 5-star read from Goodreads for each year instead.
- 2015 - Queen of Shadows by Sarah J. Maas
- 2016 - The Nightingale by Kristin Hannah
- 2017 - Crooked Kingdom by Leight Bardugo
- 2018 - Obsidio by Amie Kaufman and Jay Kristoff
- 2019 - The Mighty Heart of Sunny St. James by Ashley Herring Blake
- 2020 - The Remarkable Journey of Coyote Sunrise by Dan Gemeinhart
- 2021 - In the Wild Light by Jeff Zentner
- 2022 - The Winners by Fredrik Backman
- 2023 - Yours Truly by Abby Jimenez
- 2024 - The Brilliant Life of Eudora Honeysett by Annie Lyons
Have you read any of these books?

The Nightingale is one of my favorites!
ReplyDeleteIt's a very memorable and powerful book
DeleteThat's a challenging prompt! Surprisingly, I haven't read any of these titles, so I've some reading to do!
ReplyDeleteI thought it was a fun prompt and also revealing. It was interesting to see which of the books I loved were loved by others.
DeleteI used to re-read books ALL the time, but since, blogging I haven't. Review scheduling just never allowed for it.
ReplyDeleteThere are just too many books I want to read. Even in my youth, once I was past fairytales, I wasn't rereading. I like to read new stories.
DeleteI usually don't have time for re-reads, but I do on occasion especially if it's part of a read-along challenge. I want to read more Backman and try Jimenez.
ReplyDeleteI did a re-listen a few times but it was because I could not find any other books for my reading challenge prompts. I adore both those authors. I will always hype them.
DeleteTHE NIGHTINGALE is also one of my favorites. I reread it for the first time a couple months ago for book club. It was just as good the second time around!
ReplyDeleteHappy TTT (on a Thursday)!
That is always a plus. Glad to hear it holds up.
DeleteGreat list! I’ve read three! Nightingale, Winners, and Eudora. ~Carol @ ReadingLadies
ReplyDeleteSo amazing, right?
DeleteI've read 4 of these and loved them. The Nightingale, The Winners, Yours Truly, and The Brilliant Life of Eudora Honeysett are all great choices. I recommend Eudora Honeysett often. I love multi-generational friendships.
ReplyDeleteEudora Honeysett definitely needs more hype. I think it could definitely appeal to people who enjoyed a Man Called Ove.
