Top Ten Tuesday: By the Numbers

Top Ten Tuesday is a meme hosted by That Artsy Reader Girl. This week's topic is...

By the Numbers!

I love a good challenge, and I had fun combing my read shelves looking for book titles featuring numbers. You would think there are numbers everywhere, right? Wrong. I guess I don't read a lot of books with numeric titles, but here are some I throughly enjoyed.

Do you have a favorite "numbers" book?
Let us know in the comments!

  1. I did the same, going for the numbers in titles for books I enjoyed. I didn't have a huge number to pick from which surprised me a bit!

  2. Three Dark Crowns and One of Us is Lying are two books I want to read, especially the latter!

  3. I almost used Cotugno's Top Ten, too. :) But I already had a title with "10" in it (Ten Tiny Breaths) and I didn't want to duplicate. That was a good one... even though I know you had problems with the ending. :)

    1. I didn't have every number, so I have dupes. Lots of "ones" on my read shelf

  4. I had fun doing this too! I actually found it quite surprising how many books I had read with titles with them. I had to choose for some!

  7. Fun! I used to love to do these kinds of challenges - I did one with all the letters of my blog name but now I don't have many books left to choose from. #readerproblemithoughtiwouldneverhave lol

  8. I love the Three Dark Crown series and also really loved 4 3 2 1. I thought Two Can Keep a Secret was even better than One of us is Lying. I also just went and added several of your suggestions to my TBR, because they sound great! I have been an absent blogger lately, but this is such a fun topic; I might have to write a post on a not-Tuesday to join in!

    1. I never read Faherheit, though it's a required reading book I remember my daughter liking, by I enjoyed 1984. Orwell was a visionary.
