Anticipated Releases
Happy Friday! I was inspired by last week's Let's Talk Bookish topic and decided to give my own two cents regarding my anticipated releases for 2025 via this recap.
Like most of you, I comb Goodreads, Edelweiss, and Netgalley to see what new books will be coming out. My desire to read all the books is strong, but I do my best to pinpoint my MOST anticipated releases for those post each year. After reading Dini's post, I was curious about my own success with my anticipated releases. Let's take a look!
As part of Top Ten Tuesday, we always have an anticipated releases post in January and June to cover the full year. At this point, most of the books have been released.
- I have read 12 of the 20 books
- I DNFed one of the books
- Two of the books have yet to be released and I do not have ARCs
- I have library holds for two of the books
- My library has four of the books, but I have yet to read them
- I have no access to one of the books
Overall, I did read many of the books from my list, and I enjoyed them. I also am still interesting in reading all the other books. ARCs slow down at the end of the year, so I hope to tackle them soon. I will cross my fingers that the library gets the two December releases, and maybe I will cave and purchase the final book. It could happen.
