    1. If you like romance, this list will satisfy. When I really take a hard look at my adult reads, they are all contemporary romances, and so is this list.

  2. I'm not really one to look way ahead. I tend to stumble across books as they come out. I'm looking forward to the new Extinction Trials book in February.

  5. The Bride Test for sure! Definitely looking forward to that one. And as soon as I catch up with the True North series I'll be starting the Brooklyn Bruisers series. So much good reading ahead! And I really need to read something by Sawyer Bennett one of these days.

    1. I am behind on my Sarina Bowen books too (I need to get on her blogger review list), but I won a $50 Amazon gift card, so there are some new books in my future. If you like sports romances, the Cold Fury books by Bennett are great, but she also has a legal series I loved.

    2. Congrats on the gift card win - that's awesome, Sam!! :)

  21. Yay for The Bride Test. I hadn't seen Pride and Dad Jokes but I love the name and Penny Reid usually writes some pretty funny stuff! I'll check that one out for sure! I just recently added Overnight Sensation to my TBR, I just need some time when I don't have to read an ARC to get to it! Lol! :)

    1. I think Hoang is definitely one to read. Her first book surprised me in the best way, and all those lucky readers with ARCs of TBT are saying amazing things. She just brings something new and fresh to romance. Illustrated covers are awesome. I will take them any day over photos.

  29. You still manage to find a few books I've not heard of on this so I'm going to have to go see if I'm going to look foward to them too. I can't wait for Lucy Parker's latest release, but I can never wait for that to come out. And The Bride Test looks so good, I need it in my life obviously. I am so excited to start Ayesha At Last though, it's been on my Kindle for like a month and I cannot wait to pick it up soon.

    1. Whoo hoo! Still succeeding in not being too mainstream. 🤣 Parker's series is SO good. I MUST read them all. I recently got approved for Hired and Ayesha, so I will definitely be reading those two, but I read by publication and am on Feb ARCs right now.

  33. Unfortunately, I didn't end up loving NATALIE TAN. It had all the right elements, but they just didn't come together well for me. It's a bummer because I really wanted to love it. I'm glad it worked for you, even if it didn't blow you away.
