My penchant for grief and healing books runs deep, and I am intrigued by the celebrity romance here. Sounds like it could be fun and cute which is totally on brand for me. This is a new-to-me author, and I am interested in seeing if her books work for me.

I apparently have had this book on my Kindle since 2022. I think it was an author freebie because it shows as a doc. The shelf book got on my radar when I was looking for a book for my Keyword Challenge. I read a few books by Ryan towards the end of last year, and I enjoyed them, so I thought I would knock this one off the shelf. I am a fan of brother's best friend trope, and we all know I adore hockey romances. It should be a win for me.
