Top Ten Tuesday: Welcome, Spring!

Top Ten Tuesday is a meme hosted by That Artsy Reader Girl. This week's topic is...

Welcome, Spring!

It's been one crazy winter, and I know that I am looking forward to most of the things that arrive with spring. I look forward to the longer and warmer days, and all the green popping up around us. I could do without the allergies, but sometimes you have to take the good with the bad. I am also looking forward to many, many spring 2019 book releases. I have a gazillion books I want to read this spring, so narrowing it down was tough, but I think I selected books, that will be 5-star reads for me.

What's on your spring TBR?

  1. Serious Moonlight looks exactly like my kinda book! I bought The Anatomical Shape of a Heart a few years ago and I still need to pick that one up. Then I always struggle....do I read the one that's new or the older books that has been sitting on my shelf? Such a hard decision lol. Have tons of fun reading all of these books!

    1. All Bennett's books are exactly my kind of book. She writes great characters and great stories. ASoaH was so good. Starry Eyes is still my fave, but all were solid reads, even her paranormals. I have a run of ARCs, because of approvals I wasn't expecting, but once they slow down, I am selecting some pairs for my One Old, One New feature to get to some shelf books.

  2. All the books on your list look cute!!! I have never read an Adi Alsaid book, but I've always wanted to!! I met him twice at book festivals and he seems very nice. Also, I didn't realize GEEKERELLA was getting a 2nd book-- but I knew what that was the second I saw the cover!! It's so goes with the first book!

    1. I like Alsaid. I read his last book, and am planning on reading the other two, because my daughter said they were good. I squeed like a fangirl when I saw Geekerella was getting a companion, and I heard it's just as happy inducing as the first book.

  3. Serious Moonlight is one I want to read, and her Starry eyes as well. That one especially appeals to me.

    1. Yeah! I love all that is adorable, and that's what I expect, when I pick up a Bennett contemporary - adorable, but with depth.

  5. Great list! I just finished Serious Moonlight last night and thought it was really cute. There's Something about Sweetie made my list too and I didn't include them since I didn't get approved for ARCs, but I'll probably read Love from A to Z and The Princess and the Fangirl too.

    3. Starry Eyes was even better and The Anatomical Shape of a Heart was also too fabulous. I think you would like her Roaring Twenties books too. They are historical paranormal romances, and carry all the signature Bennett touches, but in a more adult way.
