Top Ten Tuesday - Chonky Books

Top Ten Tuesday is a meme hosted by That Artsy Reader Girl. This week's topic is...

Chonky Books!

Happy Tuesday! We are supposed to be sharing our chonky books today. I have been honest about my aversion to super long books. Maybe that's one reason why I am not a big fantasy reader. I tend to read contemporary books which do not need the extra hundreds of pages to build a world. When I ordered by read-shelf by page count, I was NOT surprised to see the results. The bulk of the ten books below are fantasy books AND they are by Cassandra Clare or Sarah J. Maas

  1. City of Heavenly Fire by Cassandra Clare - 725 pages
  2. Circle of Friends by Maeve Binchy - 610 pages
  3. A Court of Wings and Ruin by Sarah J. Maas - 707 pages
  4. Lord of Shadows by Cassandra Clare - 699 pages
  5. Empire of Storms by Sarah J. Maas - 693 pages
  1. Lady Midnight by Cassandra Clare - 689 pages
  2. Gemina by Amie Kaufman and Jay Kristoff - 672 pages
  3. The Winners by Fredrik Backman - 671 pages
  4. Queen of Shadows by Sarah J. Maas - 653 pages
  5. A Court of Mist and Fury by Sarah J. Maas - 626 pages
