Top Ten Tuesday: Tis the Season!

Top Ten Tuesday is a meme hosted by That Artsy Reader Girl. This week's topic is...

Tis the Season!

As we inch closer and closer to Christmas, I am seeing more and more holiday books. Once upon a time, I never really read many Christmas themed books, because I don't consider myself a seasonal reader, but holiday books have gave me a lot of comfort this year. Here are some I really enjoyed. It's a mix of YA and adult, but they were equally delightful. Each of these books were set around the holiday season, and were filled with celebrations and traditions that I loved sharing with them.

Have you read any good holiday books this year?

  4. I haven't read many holiday books yet this year but am hoping to fit in at least a couple since they're like Hallmark Christmas movies in book form for me and I'm all about that kind of reading to end the year. I've only read two from your list so will have to check the rest of these out.

    1. I didn't know we were getting more D&L until I saw it on Netgalley. They didn't do a great job publicizing it either, but it was fun. I hope you get to read Holidaze. To me, it was CLo at their best.

  12. I have never been a big reader of holiday books. I will read them if they sound good but I don't generally seek them out. I did order myself a copy of In a Holidaze this year and really enjoyed All About Us.

  20. I've added, well, basically EVERY one of these books to my TBR. I, like you, don't do much seasonal reading. But this year feels like the right year for it. With everything going on in the world fluffy, seasonal books are EXACTLY what I need. Thanks for all the recs! I'm so glad you're super well-read so I can trust your TTT. XD Most of mine feel like TBR lists rather than read lists...

  22. I've only read a handful of Christmas books in my lifetime but this year I need all the Christmas joy! So I've been reading a lot of them too. I loved In a Holidaze by Christina Lauren! I have holds on The Twelve Dates of Christmas & Mistletoe & Mr. Right at my library. :)

    1. I read the bulk of my holiday books as ARCs, so back in September. Any time of year can always use some cheer. I wish more people were screaming about 12 Dates. It was wonderful!
