Top Ten Tuesday: In the Library!

Top Ten Tuesday is a meme hosted by That Artsy Reader Girl. This week's topic is...

In the Library!

So, we are supposed to talk about libraries we love or want to visit, but I honestly don't have such a list, therefore, I am talking about books I enjoyed or want to read, which also happened to feature libraries or bookstores.

  4. Love Fangirl, and I still need to read Ink and Bone. I also want to read The Readers of Broken Wheel Recommend by Katarina Bivald - it seems like a cute one! I love books that feature bookstores or libraries. Another I'd recommend is Midnight at the Bright Ideas Bookstore - it's a mystery!

  6. Ooh, I love Fangirl. The plot of that book is basically the plot of my real life in college. I liked The Time Traveler’s Wife, too.

    1. Dash and Lily was fun. Levithan often features NYC, which is where I grew up, and Dash and Lily make their way all over the city. A definite favorite of mine

  9. Even better, I can visit your library choices myself. I have read several of these on your lists and loved them. A few more are still on my wishlist.

  11. I love books about books and bookstores! Despite the fact that I work at a bookstore, I can't ever get enough (my boss can't handle books about bookstores because it frustrates her how easy it make makes running a bookstore look, lol). I had trouble with this theme too!

    1. In hindsight, I wish I had gotten my masters in Library Science instead of science education, because it would be the perfect job for me. I could see a book about your job, which makes your job look easier than it is, can be really frustrating. (believe me, I know. I used to be a teacher)

  12. I like your take on the topic! I can't think of any other books off the top of my head, but The Time Traveler's Wife is a good one!

  13. I remember loving The Truth About Forever when I was younger! I had a problem this week trying to come up with a list too. Instead of libraries/bookstores I'd like to visit, I wrote my TTT on one of the fabulous libraries I've visited: Trinity College!

    1. I have been to Trinity, and was excited to see it on so many lists. I probably should have gone with places I had been. It would have been a shorter list, but I could have come up with something.
