This story sounds powerful and I love that you get some LGBTQ history as well. This is going on my TBR! Rules We're meant to Break sounds like a fun light romance, and I love that it features a fantastic dog, and the amending of family relationships. I re...I love that Like a Love Story is set in 1989. I remember the AIDS well and I was roughly the same age at the time (I'm pretty sure you and I are only a couple years apart).
